I am a medical doctor, clinical psychologist, lecturer, Associate professor of Psychiatry, and Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist. I am astute mental health clinician and researcher with impressive leadership skills. I am passionate about Team Work and Dynamics, Leadership, Management Science, Change, Time and Stress and Emotional Resilience Management. I am an author of ten inspirational and medical books.
